Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, game version/build if available, what happened, and how to reproduce it. A screenshot or short recording can help. Remove unrelated personal information first.

Playing

Hold the left or right arrow to steer. Your Jak jumps automatically. Build momentum on platforms and use wall bounces to reach higher floors. Pause opens settings and your collection.

Rare spring platforms first appear at floor 18, then every 80 floors. They give your Jak extra lift without changing steering.

Gems and characters

Gems are earned in gameplay and have no cash value. They cannot be bought, transferred, or redeemed. An uncollected character requires a separate Buy confirmation before earned gems are spent. Equipping a character you already own does not spend gems. All characters have the same jumping strength.

The artwork button opens the original artwork even if you do not own the playable character. Static is a still artwork; the other 34 artworks offer optional Play/Pause animation controls.

Progress stays on your device

The game stores scores, gems, characters, and settings locally. Version 1.0 has no account or cloud synchronization. Keep the app installed to preserve progress. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot a missing reward or character: deletion may permanently remove your progress. Contact us first.

Sound and motion

Music and sound can be changed in Settings. Check your iPhone's silent mode and volume if you cannot hear audio. Artwork animations use an explicit Play control. Reduce Motion keeps optional automatic movement restrained.

Artwork and ownership

JAK's original artworks are included as part of the game. No wallet connection, cryptocurrency, or NFT ownership is required to play or view the artwork. An in-game character or card is a game cosmetic, not an NFT or a transfer of rights to an artwork.

The app uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless the App Store listing states otherwise.
